Statement of Beliefs

HIGHLAND BAPTIST statement of faith “… Run in such a way that you may win.”        (1 Corinthians 9:24b)  We believe that winning the race is accomplished by receiving God’s grace and mercy through accepting His Son, Jesus Christ, as your Lord and Savior. We believe the Bible was written by men divinely inspired and is God’s revelation of Himself to man, and is without any mixture of error. We believe that the church is here to fulfill the Great Commission, given by Jesus Christ, and to equip one another so that we can minister to each other and the lost world. We believe that each individual Christian at Highland Baptist Church has been called by God to be involved in His ministry.
